Icon Labs (Icon Laboratories, Inc.) a leading provider of embedded network solutions today announced the availability of its Envoy SNMP software for the Solaris  version 10 operating system.  The software is provided through its value added resellers agreement with Wind River Systems to distribute the Wind®Manage SNMP software.

Icon Labs is marketing the SNMP software under its original, brand name of Envoy SNMP.  The Envoy SNMP toolkit is the renowned SNMP toolkit for embedded systems supporting a MIB II agent and MIB compiler for SNMP v1, v2c, v3 and AgentX agents.  The leading SNMP development toolkit is now available for Linux, Solaris and BSD operating systems.

Envoy for Solaris 10 is available now and supports configurations for SNMP v1, v2c, v3 and AgentX.
